El anís en grano son las semillas aromáticas de la planta Pimpinella anisum, que se caracterizan por su sabor dulce y aromático con notas de regaliz y hinojo. Se utiliza tanto en la cocina como en la medicina tradicional por sus propiedades digestivas y aromáticas.
Se utiliza para aromatizar una variedad de platos y bebidas, incluyendo panes, galletas, pasteles, licores y tés. También se puede utilizar como condimento en platos salados, como guisos, sopas y marinadas.
Almacenamiento
Se debe almacenar en un recipiente hermético en un lugar fresco y oscuro para protegerlo de la luz y la humedad.
Se mantendrá fresco durante varios meses si se almacena adecuadamente.
País de Origen
El anís es originario de la cuenca mediterránea y se cultiva en muchas partes del mundo, incluyendo Europa, Asia y América del Norte.
